This is hands down the best hometown diner I have ever been to. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Flavorful and filling. Large portions. Delicious coffee. The full menu is available all day long as well! Much of their items are made in house. The hot sauces are absolutely fantastic! And they have some for sale! I purchased both the red and the green and use them quite often at home. When I run out, I will be buying them again. The service has been outstanding, fun, down to earth folks with smiles on their faces. Always willing to help, and quite prompt. It can get busy! However, the turnover is quick and the wait hasn't been long at all. It is now my favorite breakfast establishment. Highly recommend.

Warm atmosphere. The server Sherry was fantastic. Made us feel right at home! The food was delicious and the biscuits were incredible. We got a chicken fried steak bowl and a corned beef bowl. Both were awesome. Meals came out very quickly. 10/10 I would definitely come back when in town.

I go here on my lunch breakanywhere between 1-3 times a week. It’s an amazing place, as I always get quick service, the staff is very friendly, and their menu is very autism friendly. I basically eat like a child, as I have autism and eating is hard for me, so I’ll get pancakes with peanut butter, a grilled cheese, their macaroni and cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, and their whipped potatoes depending on how I feel that day. Their fries are unique and very good, if you want biscuits and gravy, make sure to come earlier in the day, as when I go for my 12:30 -1:30 lunch break, they are always out of biscuits and gravy. I also got curbside from them the other day, and before I could even look at my email for instructions upon arriving, they brought my food out to me! One of my favorite restaurants in Topeka for sure! Thank you for many wonderful meals :)

This was the most charming little dinner in Kansas. We stopped on our way back from the Men’s College World Series (GEAUX TIGERS) and everything was great.

Traveling through Kansas and stopped here for breakfast. Food was great and the people/servers were better! We had our 2 year old with us and they came over with toys and were so nice to him. The service was great, would definitely recommend!

Went here for brunch with my Grandfather the food was nice and hot and delicious I got the chicken sanwhich with fries the fries were well seasoned and nice and hot. Chicken sandwhich was hot and the bun well toasted. My Grandpa got the Santa fe omlete I don't think he cared for it. The omelet was covered in cheese and chili served with nicely toasted bread. The waitress was nice and friendly. She even took his check to the register bc he didn't understand you had to pay there not at the table.

I’m SO thrilled to have discovered this pancake house! As soon as the biscuits came out, I knew they were homemade; as a southern girlie myself, these biscuits were very appreciated. I almost requested a half dozen to take home. The portion sizes are very generous, especially for the price! I felt badly not finishing my food, but who doesn’t love some yummy leftovers? The customer service itself deserves its own paragraph. We were immediately met with smiles despite how busy they were, and seated promptly. A blind woman entered the restaurant and the host was immediately helpful and asked if she could take her arm and lead her to her booth; you don’t find employees like that often (I am a general manager to a fast food chain, I am envious) If you are curious about this local gem, TRY IT! We live an hour away but will be back with our kids next week.
